We have created the terms and conditions below to make the transaction process very simple and to remove any confusion about operating procedure. We will do everything possible to make sure that the information we provide you on the website is as accurate as possible. If you notice anything you think is incorrect, or you think we have missed something, we would grateful if you would email us with the detail (customerservice@ultraglowshop.co.uk ). We aim to respond to all queries within one working day.

Once you receive your delivery please check the contents and advise us of any discrepancies. Please be assured of our best intentions at all times.

Delivery

Delivery is FREE for all UK addresses on all orders over £20, otherwise a small charge will apply (currently £1.15). We will minimize the cost for International Orders and wait for your approval by email before taking payment and shipping the order.

We will despatch all orders made up until 2pm on the same day, orders made after 2pm or on a weekend will be despatched on the next working day.

A backorder will be taken for out of stock items and we will ship once the item returns to stock. We remove any item which is low on stock from the site, if for some reason any item is out of stock we will contact you to give you the option of a refund or to wait for the item to return to stock. If you do not wish to wait for an item then please let us know.

Tax

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added (until November 2009). All other orders are VAT free - if this applies to you please tick the box at checkout.

Our credit card transactions are processed securely by SagePay (formerly Protx) on their high security server. SagePay provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK and are the largest online provider. Returns policy

We are happy to accept any product back for a full refund providing it is unopened/unused/faulty. If product is opened/used in any way then we will exchange for similar product only. All customers have the right to return the product within 7 working days of delivery. To make sure we can track your return please always send us an email requesting a returns number prior to sending the package. Please make sure returned goods are packed properly so no damage occurs in transit.
We will contact you once the parcel has been received and advise on procedure.

Please retain a proof of posting in case the goods are lost on the way back to us. Proof of posting is a free service provided over the counter at your local Post Office (simply request).

We will credit any refunds via the original payment method. If we are sending you replacements we will ask you to place an order over the web.

Purchases made through this website are from Ultra Glow Cosmetics Ltd. We are a long established and reputable supplier of makeup and beauty products. We understand these products and most of them we make ourselves.
